I'll Wait Up For You Dude...

Sure, role reversals are common in movies (maybe a little too common), but one place where it's rare is in Christmas music. This year's slew of Christmas albums graced us with two songs that particularly struck me with the unusual reversals they provided.

Off their album "A Very She and Him Christmas", this twosome innovated the classic "Baby, It's Cold Outside" by switching the usual parts sung by the man and woman:

Michael Bublé brought us the gem that is his rendition of "Santa Baby". To my knowledge, very few men have done versions of this song, but with a few appropriate changes to the lyrics, it sort of works. He does win points for calling Santa Claus "dude". Glorious.

Happy holidays!

Run, run as fast as you can...

Looking for a snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth? Well, these Ninjabread Men will knock it out.

These stealthy snacks/action figures really make me want to make cookies again and/or have an epic battle with candy nunchuks.

Tight-Knit Family

A friend of mine recently came across a wonderful book entitled "Knit Your Own Royal Wedding". With the help of this book, not only can you knit the happy couple, but everyone from the Queen Mother to the dogs. Maybe it's just me, but the word voodoo comes to mind...

Is it possible to be too obsessed with the upcoming Royal Wedding? Nah...

Where to start...

You know when you have the hiccups and you try to get rid of them. You drink some water or breath in a paper bag, but they still won't go away. Well, this is nothing like that.
